"Through purpose-driven actions, we transform"

~ Elevate and Empower

Happy Portrait

Our Story

From rock bottom to rising strong—Elevate and Empower was born out of lived experience, personal transformation, and a calling to help others do the same.

There was a time when I didn’t know if I would make it out alive. Addiction had its grip on me. Life felt overwhelming, confusing, and hopeless. But through God’s grace, spiritual principles, and the support of people who truly cared, I found freedom—and discovered a new purpose.

That purpose became Elevate and Empower, a faith-rooted coaching practice committed to helping others overcome substance use, emotional pain, and mental health challenges. This is more than a program. It’s a place of renewal. A place where you’re met with compassion, not judgment. A space where healing begins with honesty and continues through love, action, and accountability.

We believe transformation is possible for anyone—no matter your past, your pain, or how far you feel from peace. Our coaching isn’t about religion—it’s about the power of real-life spiritual principles that heal from the inside out.

We walk with our clients as they rebuild from the ashes—like the phoenix—into a life of purpose, clarity, and strength. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, support circles, workshops, or recovery-focused devotionals, we’re here to help you take your next right step.

We’ve seen it happen—lives transformed, hearts mended, hope restored. And we believe it can happen for you, too.

You are not alone. You are not beyond help. You are made for more.
Let’s rise—together.

Rod Reed - Elevate & Empower

Our Founder

Founder | Coach | Survivor | Servant Leader

Reed is the heart and voice behind Elevate and Empower. A survivor of substance use and emotional turmoil, Reed knows firsthand the pain of rock bottom—and the power of rising again through faith, support, and action. His journey from addiction to freedom wasn’t easy, but it was purposeful. And now, that purpose is helping others find their way out.

With lived experience as his foundation and a deep faith as his compass, Reed walks alongside those struggling with addiction, identity, and life’s toughest battles. He doesn’t just coach—he listens, understands, and guides with empathy, truth, and unwavering belief that no one is too far gone to begin again.

Reed's approach is honest, nonjudgmental, and rooted in spiritual principles—not religion. He understands that many people carry wounds from church experiences, so he leads with compassion, grace, and the belief that God meets us in our pain to lift us into purpose.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, group support, or recovery workshops, Reed brings hope into broken places and helps people rebuild lives they love to live.

“I don’t just teach transformation—I’ve lived it. And I’m here to help you rise, too.”
